Your order will be processed within 2 working days. Delivery Australia wide allow 2-4 business days.

Mac In A Sac AU is closed on all Australian national public holidays, Victorian public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. No orders are processed on these days. If there are any additional closure dates not listed here, they will be displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.

Our delivery timeframes and guarantees are conservative estimates based on the dates provided by our courier partners and are accurate 99% of the time. However, unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Mac In A Sac AU will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included and/or contact details and order number.

Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
