Nationwide shipping: $11.95

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Mac In A Sac AU is closed on all Australian national public holidays and Victorian public holidays. No orders are processed on these days. Any additional closure dates will be displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.


Transit / Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from Melbourne. Delivery times vary depending on parcel size and destination:

Smaller parcels (via Australia Post):

  • Same state: 2–4 business days
  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Larger parcels (via Direct Freight Express):

  • Metro areas (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney): 1-2 business days
  • Metro areas (Darwin, Perth, Tasmanian): 4-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–7 business days



Total Timeframe: 2-9 business days after ordering.

Our delivery timeframes and guarantees are conservative estimates based on the dates provided by our courier partners and are accurate 99% of the time. However, unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. The 30 days starts from day of delivery. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return (including costs) of the product/s. If the return is a result of our error, Mac In A Sac AU will also refund shipping charges to compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging (with tags), our returns form and a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased. If you no longer have the invoice, please include your order number on the returns form.

How to return

Click here to log into your account using your email. If you didn’t set up a password, don’t worry! Simply enter the email you used to place your order, and we’ll send you a unique code to log in. Once logged in, find the order containing the product you'd like to return, then complete our online exchange/return form.

Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty. Your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the returned product and should appear in your bank account within a further 7 business days (up to 9 business days in total).
